How to fix quota_exhausted (HTTP 402)
The plan's monthly credit quota is used and overage is not enabled on the account.

- Usage grew past the plan size; overage billing is disabled.
How to fix it
- Enable overage or upgrade the plan in Dashboard → Billing; or top up the wallet for the rest of the cycle.
Should your code retry?
Not automatically. Retrying will return the same error until credits are available; surface it to whoever manages the account.
