- A transient failure, or an input the engine does not handle yet.
How to fix it
- Retry once with backoff. If it repeats for the same input, email [email protected] with the request_id from the body or the X-Request-ID header and the full URL (without your key).
Should your code retry?
Once or twice with exponential backoff (1 s, 2 s, 4 s). If it still fails, stop and report the request_id.
