API Reference / Vedic Astrology / Matchmaking (Milan)

GET
10 credits

/v1/milan/ashtakoota/{koota}

Single koota score (varna/vashya/tara/yoni/graha-maitri/gana/bhakoot/nadi).

What this tells you

Single-koota lookup. Same data as one entry of /v1/milan/ashtakoota, for one factor at a time. Useful when your UI drills down into one koota.

Usage tips

How to use it

  • Path values
    varna, vashya, tara, yoni, graha-maitri (or graha_maitri), gana, bhakoot, nadi. Case does not matter. Any other value returns 400.
  • Parameters
    Same as /v1/milan/ashtakoota: boy.date, boy.time, boy.tz and girl.date, girl.time, girl.tz.
  • Many kootas? Use the full call
    If you need more than three kootas, one /v1/milan/ashtakoota call costs less than separate single-koota calls.
